US Army veteran Josh Caputo has long used martial arts (and Kali in particular) as a way to relieve the symptoms of PTSD. To experience pain and accept challenges, sweat and bleed a little. To work hard and work towards something!

In this video, he shares his findings with a corrections officer also suffering from PTSD. Their journeys are quite incredible and we hope that this video helps ONE person out there suffering to get out, get moving, and get back into warrior training.
