The US Navy SEALs are one of the most feared and elite military fighting units in the world. They are trained to fight anywhere, anytime, and in any conditions. In order to be able to do that they have to be in top physical (and mental) shape. This is part 1 of a 3 part series on how to train like the SEALs and it is taught by a US Navy SEAL instructor.
